8. CONDITIONS DEALERSHIP TERMINALS THE DEALERSHIP OPENED BY THE FRANCHISEE MUST COMPLY WITH ELDRIVE'S BRAND STANDARDS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

THE AREA MUST BE AT LEAST 100 KM OR MORE WITH A SECURED EXHIBITION,

A COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER RECEPTION,

TECHNICAL INTEGRATION AND CONTROL,

USING THE BITRIX24 CRM PLATFORM FOR CUSTOMER, SALES AND ORDERS MANAGEMENT,

AVAILABILITY OF THE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (CAMERAS) FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTROLLING THE ELDRIVE CENTRAL OFFICE (OPERATIONAL TRANSPARENCY, MAINTENANCE OF SAFETY AND SERVICE STANDARDS).

 

9. TERMS

Sales price policy

All sales must be made according to the Eldrive approved price list, which is the most competitive in Armenia

Any deviation or change in prices is possible only with prior written agreement with the Eldrive central office. This ensures a unified pricing policy for the market and preservation of brand value.

Financial terms of car purchase

When ordering a car from Eldrive, the franchisee is obliged to make: 10% advance payment at the time of order confirmation. The remaining amount is paid after the car is delivered, within a maximum of 30 working days.

 

10. SALES PROFIT

Profit size limits,

The franchisee is provided with a minimum of 5% and a maximum of 10% profit margin, depending on the car model, current price position in the market and brand advertising strategy.

Eldrive sets a recommended selling price and corresponding margin for each model, about which the franchisee is provided with a pre-approved price list and contract annex.

Eldrive ensures a transparent business policy, providing calculation examples, purchase values ​​and suggested retail prices for margin accuracy and control.

 

11. WARRANTY SERVICE POLICY

The warranty period is 3 years or 150,000 km,

The warranty is valid only if the technical limitations and service instructions set by the manufacturer are observed,

The warranty is valid only if the cars are serviced exclusively at service centers managed by Eldrive.

All cars sold within the Eldrive Franchise are subject to mandatory service in the Eldrive service network in order to maintain warranty rights.

This approach protects both the interests of the end customer and the reliability and quality standards of the Eldrive brand.

 

12. General Terms of Cooperation

Territorial Representation

Eldrive attaches the address and phone number of the Franchisee's car dealership on all its platforms (website, social networks, map services, etc.) as an official representation.

Sales Transparency and Control

If it is discovered that a car with the Eldrive brand has been sold in any other way that is outside the official Franchisee cooperation, Eldrive has the right to unilaterally terminate the cooperation agreement.

Corporate Customer Management

The Franchisee is obliged to direct all corporate customers (in case of purchase of 3 or more cars) to the commercial (B2B) sales department for service and cooperation under appropriate conditions.

 

13. General Terms of Cooperation

Stock Availability

Franchisees are provided with an online management platform on the website www.eldrive.am with access to the stock base, as well as direct order placement.

Maintaining Brand Standards

All outdoor advertising boards, banners, signs, posters, etc.

Prepare the interior furnishing of the showroom (design, furniture, lighting, etc.) in accordance with Eldrive’s Brand Guidelines in a format approved by Eldrive.
